Common types of pvc particle density testers

In order to better detect the quality of PVC products, our company has introduced a new type of equipment, which is the pvc particle density tester. Next, we will introduce the common types of pvc particle density testers.

There are two common pvc particle density testers. They are MDJ-300A pvc particle density tester and MDJ-600A pvc particle density tester. The MDJ-300A type pvc particle density tester has a measurement range of 0.01 to 300 grams and an apparent density of 0.001 grams per cubic centimeter. As for the MDJ-600A type pvc particle density tester. Its measurement range is larger than that of the MDJ-300A pvc cable density tester, which ranges from 0.01 to 600 grams. The apparent density analysis is the same as the MDJ-300A pvc particle density tester, which is 0.001 gram per cubic centimeter.

My product was returned because PVC pellets are not stored well.

PVC plastic pellets are inexpensive, highly effective, environmentally friendly and non-polluting, and are widely used in agriculture and industry. However, after many manufacturers purchase PVC plastic pellets, the quality of PVC pellets is degraded due to some mistakes in the transportation and storage process, and the production of unqualified PVC products causes a large amount of unnecessary losses. Today, Runte Rubber & Plastics is a professional PVC manufacturer to teach you how to transport and store PVC plastic pellets.

Store PVC plastic pellets

First choose a cool, ventilated location. Keep away from direct sunlight in a cool place to avoid fading after prolonged exposure to sunlight or quality problems. The ventilated place can effectively prevent the material from getting wet. The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is too large, so it is easy to produce moisture. Once the PVC plastic particles are damp, its quality will be greatly affected, so choose a cool and ventilated place. In addition, the preparation of fire prevention and anti-corrosion also needs to be done. Therefore, it is very important to prepare some fireproof materials in the storage room where PVC plastic particles can be stored. At the same time, it is possible to stay away from the fire source and prevent it from happening.

Transport PVC plastic pellets

When PVC plastic is transported by granules by PVC plastic granule manufacturers, sun protection should be done. The summer sun is strong, and the PVC plastic particles are exposed to sunlight for a long time, and it is easy to appear brittle and other quality degradation. Therefore, in the transportation of the manufacturer, the plastic granules can be covered with canvas or the like, or the transport vehicle with the carriage can be selected, so that the PVC granule product can be protected to a large extent.

In summary, in the process of PVC transportation and storage, it is necessary to do a good job of protection to ensure the quality of PVC particles, so as to produce high quality PVC products.

Feature of PU sole 、PVC and TPR sole

Some of the differences are stated below, you decide which will better : -
Polyurethane or PU Sole -
This is a type of dense foam that provides a great deal of cushioning and shock absorption for a longer period of time. Because it is so dense it can feel heavier, seem stiffer, and may not feel quite as cushioned as shoes that use EVA. It is most commonly used in walking shoes because it provides a great deal of stability and comfort.
Disadvantages: easy to break, elongation is poor and poor ventilation.
Polyvinyl Chloride or PVC Sole -
The PVC Soles have great oil resistance, abrasion resistance, good insulation properties.
Disadvantages: non-slip performance is poor, poor texture, poor ventilation.
Thermo Plastic Rubber or TPR Sole -
TPR is the most used material in soles of footwear because this sole offers superior comfort to ordinary die cut soles, because it is flexible like a traditional leather sole but also washable and more durable.
Advanatges - Light in weight, Good tear strength, Excellent abrasion resistant, Excellent weather resistant , Reusable and recyclable.

Why do we prefer PVC pipes instead of iron pipes?

1.Cost effective- PVC pipes and fittings are cheaper than the iron ones which makes the former more preferable.

2.Easy to fit- This is from the plumbers’ point of view. PVC pipes are easy to fit. One just need to use solvent (a sort of adhesive to join two pipes) and thread tapes to join them. But in case of iron pipes it becomes a mess!

3.Anti-Corrosive in nature- After a point of time, when iron comes in contact with water and air, it starts rusting. Corrosion is one of the main reasons for replacing iron pipes with the plastic ones.
When the iron pipes start rusting, the water running through it is no longer healthy. The water loses its goodness. And there is only one solution to this that is changing the pipes which isn't pocket friendly. Thus, PVC Pipes.

Introduction of UPVC and GI Pipes

UPVC

UPVC that stands for unplasticized polyvinyl chloride is based on PVC that is regarded as the most versatile polymer available today. While PVC is used in different facets of life, it is also uniquely formulated to prepare a unique combination called UPVC. UPVC is popularly used as a window framing material across the globe. The material has several advantages that are unmatched and not available in any other material.

Following are some of the performance features of UPVC:

1. UPVC is highly chemical resistant and is used popularly for both residential as well as commercial purposes.
2. It is not just resistant to UV rays but also resistant to rain and water.
3. UPVC is recyclable and energy efficient and thus regarded as an environment-friendly option.
4. The galvanized steel used in the production of UPVC makes it a highly durable material.
5. UPVC doors and windows are weatherproof and provide a high level of insulation.
6. Using UPVC doors and windows provides an additional level of safety and security.
7. UPVC is self-extinguishing in nature. This too makes it a popular choice for the safety of the buildings.
8. The doors and windows made with UPVC are sound-proof. They cut out all the unnecessary noise and sound thus keeping the stress levels to all-time low.
9. The UPVC doors and windows are easy to install as well as uninstall.

GI Pipes

GI pipes or Galvanized Iron pipes are manufactured using mild steel strips. These are made of low carbon steel coils and are very widely used for the distribution

Features of PVC and CPVC pipes

PVC and CPVC are non-metallic pipes, made from thermoplastic materials. This clearly means that they are resistant to any chemical attack and have similar other advantages over metallic pipes. But they do come with their share of limitations.

These are regarded as plastic pipe works, and both fittings and pipes are available in these materials.

Following are some features of PVC and CPVC pipes:

1. PVC stands for Polyvinyl Chloride, and CPVC stands for Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride.
2. PVC and CPVC are quite robust.
3. Both of these are popularly used in plumbing processes and processes that are less critical.
4. After Polyethylene and Polypropylene, PVC remains the third most commonly produced synthetic plastic polymer.
5. CPVC is produced by chlorination of Polyvinyl Chloride resin.
6. They are exceptionally resistant to any chemical attack.
7. When at elevated temperatures, CPVC has a higher strength than the PVC. CPVC is also very flexible.
8. Both PVC and CPVC are affected by ultraviolet exposure and must be provided special protection against it if they are installed outdoors.
9. PVC and CPVC tend to soften when they are exposed to extremely high temperatures.
10. The PVC and CPVC pipes are made using the extrusion process while the valves, fittings, and flanges are made using the injection moulding method.
11. PVC is popularly used in water piping at homes and has several other industrial applications as well.

How to identify the advantages and disadvantages of PVC hose?

The PVC hose market is full of a large number of manufacturers. Then the quality is uneven, how should we identify the advantages and disadvantages of PVC hose? Here are some simple and practical identification methods.

1. Is the PVC hose uniform in thickness? The inner cavity and outer edge of a good quality PVC hose are evenly distributed on a standard circular annular wall. For example, a PVC hose with an inner diameter of 89 mm and a wall thickness of 7 mm can be used for a wall thickness of 7.5 mm and a thickness of only 5.5 mm. Working under a large pressure is easy to cause uneven pressure on the pipe wall, causing the PVC hose to burst. Or deformation can affect normal use.

2. Whether there are air bubbles or other visible objects on the PVC hose wall are colorless and transparent. The walls of high-quality PVC hoses are crystal clear without any impurities. The color of the defective PVC hose is yellow, which may be caused by decomposition, aging or improper storage during the production process due to improper handling.

3. The high-quality PVC hose has no smell of any other petrochemical products except a little plastic smell. The inferior hoses have an unpleasant smell of pungent diesel, especially in hot summers.

4. The inner and outer pipe walls of high-quality PVC hoses are smooth and feel good, while the low-quality pipes are rough.

5. When measuring the wall thickness, cut off the two ends of the PVC hose and select the middle tube as the sample test to prevent some unscrupulous manufacturers from making a fuss at the two ends of the pipe. The actual wall thickness is thinner than the ends of the pipe.

6. Cut the wire of several centimeters at both ends of the PVC hose and repeatedly fold the steel wire to test the strength and toughness of the steel wire. A poor quality wire will break when it is folded one or two times, and the wire of a high quality PVC hose requires special tools to cut off. The quality of the steel wire determines the quality of the entire pipe. PVC hoses that cause quality problems due to steel wire are prone to irreversible deformation.
