PVC Layflat Hose

Our Lay Flat Delivery Hose, commonly referred to as lay flat hose, discharge hose,delivery hose, pump hose, and flat hose is perfect for use with water, light chemicals and other industrial, agricultural, irrigation, mining and construction fluids. Manufactured with a continuous high tensile strength polyester fiber circularly woven to provide reinforcement, it is one of the most durable lay flat hoses in the industry and is designed as a standard duty hose in residential, industrial and construction applications.
This hose is very strong, yet relatively lightweight and it resists twisting and kinking. It is resistant corrosion and anti-aging.

The difference between PVC lining water hose and polyurethane water hose

Speaking of water belts, we are no strangers. In terms of materials, they are generally divided into PVC-lined water belts and polyurethane water belts. Here's a look at the difference between the two.

PVC is the English abbreviation for PVC. It is shiny and translucent. Due to its fire resistance and high chemical resistance, it is resistant to concentrated hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid with a concentration of 90%, nitric acid with a concentration of 60% and a concentration of 20%. Sodium hydroxide) is not easily used in various industries due to its excellent properties such as acid and alkali corrosion.
These characteristics are also used in PVC-lined hoses. The biggest feature of PVC is flame retardant, so it can be used for fire protection applications. This is the principle of common fire hoses. The water belt made of PVC lining has the advantages of softness, non-toxicity at room temperature, no odor, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. Applicable to farmland irrigation, sewage discharge, urban water delivery, pumping, etc. The disadvantage is that the pressure is small. The abbreviation for polyurethane is PU, which is formed by polymerizing isocyanate (monomer) with a hydroxy compound. Due to its strong polar urethane group, it is insoluble in non-polar groups and has good oil resistance, toughness, abrasion resistance, aging resistance and adhesion. Different materials can be used to make materials suitable for a wide temperature range (-50 to 150 ° C), including elastomers, thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins. It is not resistant to hydrolysis at high temperatures and is not resistant to alkaline media.
