BOP Hose Introduction
Why do you need a bop tube?
In order to prevent blowout, blowout is a very dangerous thing. When drilling a gas-bearing or oil-bearing layer, huge oil and gas pressure can spray the drill pipe mud, destroy the drilling platform, pollute the environment and threaten the safety of the staff. Even the surrounding residents are safe, and the toxic gas (hydrogen sulfide) is ejected, which has a great impact.
How does the bop tube work?
The drill pipe is also used in the well while it is still in the well, and the other pipe is used when there is no drill pipe. They are all rubber-wrapped gates that rely on hydraulic push to close and open. The ring is also rubber, which relies on hydraulic power to push the extrusion to achieve the purpose of sealing. There are also control equipment for bop: gas tanks, pumps, hydraulic equipment, control switches, piping, valves, etc.
Bop tube response time?
The corresponding time of the ring bop is 60 seconds, and the corresponding time of the shutter type bop is 30 seconds.
When is the bop tube closed?
Depending on the device that monitors the pressure at the wellhead, it is determined whether it needs to be closed. If the pressure continues to increase after closing and the shearing pipe cannot be sealed, the person on the drilling platform should be informed that it has started to escape. There is a slide on the land's drill floor that is used for emergency escape.
What should I do after the BOP tube is closed?
After the bop hose is closed, the chock and kill manifold, MGS-mud gas separator, are used.
