Rubber tubing refers to a hose composed of rubber and steel wire that is specially used to transport oil. The quality of rubber tubing can be easily tested by the following three tests.
1. Rubber tube hydraulic test: This is mainly to test whether the rubber tube and the assembly are leaking, deformed and destroyed under the verification pressure for 30s-60s. There is also a pressure deformation test, which is held for 1 minute under the specified pressure, and measures the length and outer diameter of the hose and the torsion angle and bending.
2. Rubber tube burst pressure test: It refers to the pressure at which the hose is blasted at a specified boosting speed.

 3, rubber tube leakage test: This is stored under the static pressure of 70% of the small burst pressure for 5min, repeated once, check for leakage or damage. The above is one of its inspection standards. In order to get a rubber tube of better quality, the rubber tube is indispensable for inspection standards.
